Every Wednesday afternoon the Historic Center Art Walk  takes place with participating galleries offering welcome cocktails to guests and sometimes even having artists present to greet and meet visitors.

Known as Vallarta’s most anticipated event of the year, What A Drag will take place tonight! The event will take place at Teatro Vallarta starting at 8p.m. and if you’re not in town you can check out their live stream starting at 7:45p.m. local time.  The show is presented by #WELOVEPV and Sutton Lee Seymour will serve as master of ceremonies.

Candy Bar Restaurant, which recently opened its doors in Zona Romantica, is introducing its two chefs to the community and clientele to showcase their talents and give a small insight into who they are and understand their background, as they are the ones giving the “sweet touch” to the restaurant’s dishes.

Memo Huerta has been named editor of Out & About Puerto Vallarta. Huerta, originally from Guadalajara, grew up in Texas but spent recent years in his native city getting reacquainted with Mexico. He’s recently moved to Puerto Vallarta permanently, having found a city, he says, with a balance of both cultures.
