The MICHELIN Guide Mexico has announced the restaurants and gastronomic establishments added to its 2026 selection, and Puerto Vallarta has achieved double representation: ICÚ and Pancho's Takos, both located in the vibrant Romantic Zone (Zona Romántica). Two years after the Guide's initial launch in Mexico, this marks the very first time the coastal city has been featured in one of the world's most prestigious travel and culinary references.
