Vallarta Pride 2026 demonstrated its commitment to health and prevention with the ‘Círculo Rojo’ (Red Circle) STI detection campaign, which offered free HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis testing throughout the morning and afternoon on Thursday, May 21, 2026, on Lázaro Cárdenas Street in the Romantic Zone.
In addition to testing, Círculo Rojo administered vaccines for HPV, hepatitis, measles, rubella, and Pneumo 20. For the first time, they also provided on-demand PrEP, available to those who received a non-reactive HIV test result. This marks the second time Círculo Rojo has participated in Vallarta Pride activities; during the 2025 edition, they administered 700 tests.
The event was supported by the Vallarta Gay+ Community Center, IMSS Jalisco, and the organization Chicxs Salud Para Todos.
