Here we solve some doubts about it
The emergency button was created and activated by the authorities of the state of Jalisco to reduce the number of COVID-19 infections in Jalisco, therefore, nighttime activities throughout the state are suspended until November 13.
This does NOT mean that we have a curfew, so there are certain restrictions on what can and cannot be done.

Of course, everything will work as normal during the day, from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; for example, go to the supermarket, do your groceries, shoppings, go to breakfast, lunch and dinner, go to the beach (new schedule only till nov.13; from 5 am to 3 pm, take your precautions) as long as we do not forget the use mask and social distancing.
Many people still continue with their plans to travel to Puerto Vallarta, since since morning activities continue normal, the airport continues to operate normally.
All the bars, restaurants, malls, super markets, grocery stores, strip clubs etc. are still open, the only difference is during the night they will be closed from 8:30 pm.

Frida’s bar: 10:00 am – 8:30 pm. And 10:00 am – 2:00 pm for breakfast
Chachalaca bar: 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Happy hour 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Hotel Mercurio: open as usual. Pool / Bar / restaurant open to the public from 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm. After 8:30 pm only room service and Uber eats until 10:30 pm
Apaches Martini & Cocktail bar: 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm (starting on Monday, November 2 to November 13)
Anonimo video bar: firs level 12:00pm – 8:30 pm
Patio: 3:00 pm – 8:30 pm and 3rd level: 4:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Jax Lounge: 3:00 pm – 8:30 pm the kitchen will be open from 4:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Garbo piano bar & Jaz: 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm
