Que Bola, a beloved Puerto Vallarta Cuban restaurant, is moving to a new location and expanding its offerings.
They’re setting up shop at Olas Altas 490 A (formerly Jacobi’s Restaurant) and will now be open from 8 am to 11 pm, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This means you can enjoy a taste of Cuba any time of day.
At the helm is Chef Rogelio Ramirez, whose love for Cuban cuisine stems from his childhood in Havana.
Growing up, he watched his grandmother prepare traditional dishes, and those recipes form the heart of Que Bola’s menu.
Bringing a taste of Cuba to Puerto Vallarta, Chef Ramirez promises “You’ll feel like you’re transported to Havana without leaving your seat. My food is made with love, passion, and a deep respect for my grandmother’s legacy.”
