Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2024, October 11 to 18, Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit will become the epicenter of world gastronomy, where the most demanding palates will delight in the creations of globally recognized chefs.

Heading this impressive list of talents is the renowned Chef Dani García, holder of three Michelin Stars, who will show off his mastery at the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center, the main venue of the event.

Encouraging travel during the fall-winter season, the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Trust, in collaboration with Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica (VNG), organized media presentations in two key cities: Guadalajara and León.

There will be live showcookings, premium tastings, gourmet workshops, master conferences and a large panel of experts who will explore the latest trends in the industry.
Under the motto “The only constant is change”, the sixteenth edition of Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica promises to be an unforgettable experience that fuses innovation, tradition and the latest culinary trends in Puerto Vallarta, a paradisiacal setting considered the leading beach tourist destination nationwide in gastronomic diversity.

For a week, attendees will be able to immerse themselves in a series of activities designed to highlight the best of the gourmet world through incredible experiences that will bring attendees closer to the forefront of mixology by the hand of the Brand Ambassadors, while they interact with the great world stars of gastronomy and learn about the proposals of different states and countries, living a few days in the paradisiacal destination of the Mexican Pacific.

On Monday, October 14 and Tuesday, October 15, the gastronomic congress will take place from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, offering a complete program that includes:
