The Ministry of Health announced the first case of Coronavirus COVID-19 in Puerto Vallarta. Mayor Arturo Dávalos Peña was in charge of informing the population about the first coronavirus patient in Puerto Vallarta that is already under the care of professionals.

“The Ministry of Health in Jalisco confirmed the first case of Coronavirus COVID-19 in Puerto Vallarta, which is already being attended by health professionals” he said.

At the same time, through an official announce, Dávalos reported that the situation is under control and that the patient is being treated. “The patient is under medical care in the corresponding area, it is unfortunate news but an opportunity to responsibly assume the role that we have in this contingency.” He said.
