Studs Bear/Leather Bar will start a new Sunday tradition on Sunday, January 29 with its version of Drag Brunch.
Every Sunday from 10:30 to 2:30 Drag Queen and D.J. Faith Inferno will entertain with special guests, and the bar’s restaurant will serve up an “all you can eat brunch buffet” that will include Bottomless Mimosas, bottomless Bloody Mary’s and a wide assortment of foods.
The new event is just in time as the annual BeefDip Bear week begins in Puerto Vallarta. Tickets are $650 pesos and space must be reserved here on Event Brite. Seating is limited to about 30 guests.
Hector Morales, director of operations, said the Drag Brunch would help kick off a fun week in Puerto Vallarta celebrating bears and their admirers.
“We are excited to present some great food and some of the best drag talent to help get the week started,” he said.
Morales said the All You Can Eat Brunch Buffet would include:
Bottomless Mimosas
Bottomless Bloody Mary’s
*Sweet bread
*Chocolate cake
*Sliced fruit:
-watermelon
-pineapple
-papaya
-cantaloupe
-strawberry
-grapes
*Natural yogurt
*cottage cheese
*Granola or muesly
*Smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel
*Sushi (fried and breaded)
*Sushi (no cream cheese)
*Sushi with fruit
*Salad with cheese, pecan and balsamic reduction

*Ham and cheese omelet

*hot dogs
“Come hungry and thirsty,” said Faith Inferno. “Our kitchen will lay out a brunch buffet and your ticket gets you bottomless Mimosas AND bottomless Bloody Mary’s. Doors open at 10:30 and the first show starts at 11. Take your Sunday Funday to the next level and remember the ground floor of Studs is for everyone.”
