Javier Perez is Mexican, fluent in Spanish, English & French, with an international career in Sales & Marketing of 10 years for large corporations from the Food & Beverages, Aerospace & Automotive industries.

His business studies & work experience in France, Canada and the USA provided him diverse intercultural encounters and strong professional ethics. He is currently working as a Realtor for Timothy Real Estate Group in Puerto Vallarta. He holds previous Real Estate experience, buying, building, remodeling, and restoring Colonial Homes located in the Historical Downtown District of Merida (Yucatan), as well as modern properties located in Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and Cancun.

As a member of AMPI (Mexican Realtors Association) and FLEX MLS Multiple Listing System, Javier brings his knowledge of real estate, customer service, construction, design and remodeling to Puerto Vallarta, where he has been visiting several times since 1997 when he competed at the Panamerican Triathlon Championships representing Mexico. As a former Ironman Triathlete and Marathon Runner, he follows and promotes a healthy lifestyle, finding a balance physically, mentally and emotionally, finishing challenging competitions such as The New York City Marathon in 2014 (26 miles – 42 km) and the IRONMAN Triathlons of Cozumel, Mexico and Orlando, Florida, USA in 2011 (140 miles – 226 km).

Heavenly Sunsets

 

What is on your bucket list?
Asia for visiting Vietnam, Thailand, Hong-Kong & Bali, Chinese Wall for another Marathon, Australia for the nature, Italy for arts, and Hawaii for my 3rd Ironman Triathlon.

 

What is your signature cocktail?
Oprah’s Picante Margarita, cause its made with her own tequila from Mexico, and garnish with mexican jalapeños.

 

Do you have any guilty pleasures?
French pastries: Macarons, Ladurée macaron’s from Paris are my favorites.

 

What things do you not like to do?
Create & Spread negative energy to people.

 

What would your autobiography be called?
Kindness, I am always trying to be the best versión of myself being kind to myself, and moreover, being kind to others, regardless…
