The culinary scene in Puerto Vallarta continues to be one of the reasons our bello puerto enjoys visitors from all over the world. We could not be more proud at No Way José! to have participated along with our esteemed colleagues in the past 12 years in this noble endeavor. We take even more pride to announce a new version of No Way José! that retains the special essence of the original brand and introduces OK José!.
“OK José! opens in the No Way José! original location on Calle 5 de Febrero in the Col. Emiliano Zapata of Puerto Vallarta offering some of your past favorites in a slightly refreshed and new menu,” shares Jose Alfredo Gonzalez, the sole proprietor of OK José!. “You will still be able to enjoy your #1 favorite, our classic NWJ! chiles en nogada, on our reduced menu plus some new bar favorites as you enjoy an expanded offering of live musical entertainment. It has been a pleasure working with Julie Guerrero these past twelve years as my loyal business partner. We congratulate Julie on her retirement and wish her the very best”, Jose Alfredo continues.
The restaurant will concentrate on bringing you the best of local live musical entertainment in an open-air terrace setting. The new OK José! highlights a bar and live music venue to offer a lively and exclusively Mexican nighttime entertainment option in the Zona Romantica of Puerto Vallarta.
Please join OK José! on Friday, October 22 to welcome this new version of an old classic as they open their doors to welcome old and new friends alike. Come enjoy live music with Jose Alfredo and Friends, a complimentary welcome Hot Chile Love margarita and a special menu sure to please.
Puerto Vallarta continues to observe COVID-19 health and safety regulations mandated by local authorities. Face masks will still be required to enter and leave the restaurant with hand sanitizer application upon entering.
OK José! welcomes you to La Zona Romantica on the south side of Puerto Vallarta at Calle 5 de Febrero 260, just over the Vallarta Street bridge on your left heading south from the Malecon.
