Unfinished Gallery and Qulture Will Welcome Mixer Guests
Three Puerto Vallarta permanent residents – Don Lewis, Frank Cassel and Chris Clyde, are teaming up with Out & About PV Magazine and Jet De La Isla’s Facebook Group, “Puerto Vallarta Gays: Everything Gay You Need Or Want To Know” to jumpstart regular gay mixers.
“We loved going to the mixers that the gay group has done over the past few years,” explained Don Lewis, one of the organizers. “We met new friends and made new connections and that’s what we are looking forward to doing again.”
The “Everything Gay Mixer: Want to meet?” is free, and participants will be asked to wear a nametag to help break the ice and introduce themselves to other mixer guests. The following mixers have been planned:
April 5, 6 to 8 p.m., Unfinished Gallery, C. Mina 183, Centro, Puerto Vallarta

April 27, 6 to 8 p.m. Qulture, Venustiano Carranza 466, Zona Romántica, Puerto Vallarta

”Come and meet new friends, or catch up with old friends,” Don said.
Jet De La Isla, who founded the Facebook group “Puerto Vallarta Gays: Everything Gay You Need Or Want To Know” and started the mixers a few years ago, said he was excited to see some community members step forward and continue the hard work of making these happen.
“I’m so excited that the work we started will continue and people from our community will be able to get together and actually meet and get to know each other,” Jet said. “It’s hard work to pull these things together.”
