Covid-19 Restrictions to Expire, Businesses and Bars to Reopen Sat., Feb. 13

The Vallarta Independiente is reporting that the Jalisco Government will not extend the current Covid-19 restrictions, which will expire at Midnight on Feb. 12, 2021.

The current restrictions started on January 16 and were extended to Feb. 12. The restrictions closed bars (that did not have restaurants), closed the beaches at 3 p.m., and had most businesses and restaurants closed at 10 p.m.

The article notes that the rates of covid-19 positive patients have declined slightly along with lower hospital occupancy.
