As Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant high season comes to a close, The Palm Cabaret and Bar is throwing a one-of-a-kind end of the season party unlike any other.
The Vallarta Stars Benefit Concert happens on Saturday, June 1,and it’s an opportunity to support the new Vallarta Gay+ Community Center.
“We wanted to create a special event for our cherished snowbirds and year-round residents,” says Matt Karimi, board member and fundraising chair of the Vallarta Gay+ Community Center. “A chance to come together, celebrate the incredible talent we have here in Puerto Vallarta, and support a cause that’s close to our hearts.”
This exclusive concert, produced in collaboration with the talented Chris Lopez, boasts a dazzling lineup of Puerto Vallarta’s most beloved performers. From the soulful stylings of Dani Celis to the electrifying energy of Mama Tits, the night promises a vibrant mix of musical styles. Fans can expect to hear all their favorite songs, creating an unforgettable evening filled with singing, dancing, and community spirit.
Featuring favorites like Chris Lopez, Nacho Granados, Cecille, Maru Prado, Waleska, Roy Gomez, Eva Jimenez, Jordon Carnegie and Sutton Lee, the night promises a dynamic and unforgettable musical experience.
“The Gay+ Community Center plays a vital role in our city,” says Karimi. “They provide essential programs and services,and this concert is our way of thanking the community for their support throughout the season and ensuring the Center can continue its vital work.”
The Gay+ CC is new, having just started in January 2024, and is quickly expanding its offerings to the community and exploring ways to help the LGBTQ+ community.
