ThrIVe IV & MedSpa is celebrating their second anniversary in a big way, with a large expansion in space and several new cutting edge services for its patients.

Mikel Alvarez, CEO and Founder of ThrIVe, shared his excitement about the two year anniversary, and the growth that has taken place during that time period. When ThrIVe first opened it was exclusively an IV Clinic, however within a few months Mikel saw the need to offer aesthetic services, hence the name being updated to ThrIVe IV & MedSpa.

The growth in two years has been phenomenal, but what really shines through is how this growth has enabled Mikel and his staff to help so many people, a majority of them tourists. Having limited vacation time, tourists come to ThrIVe to feel better, so they may more fully enjoy their experience here in Puerto Vallarta.

I asked Mikel to expand on what makes ThrIVe different, what sets him and his amazing team apart from others in the industry.

He paused, and answered reflectively, “What makes ThrIVe different is the pure level of transparency you receive here, you will know exactly what is going into your body, from the amount of milligrams of a medication, mineral or vitamins, you will always know,” Mikel stated proudly.

Continuing, he added that “a personal consultation will come with all aesthetic services; you will never feel that you are being sold, or worse oversold on a treatment.”

Mikel emphasized, “We treat everyone the way we want to be treated.”

He suggested any potential patient should feel free to check out ThrIVe’s Google Review, most recently almost seventy reviews were posted, and all were five stars, he shared.

After Mikel and I spoke, he graciously gave me the grand tour, and I was able to readily see just how encompassing the renovations are.

In the waiting area, comfortable new sofas are placed strategically to allow for the full enjoyment of the juxtaposition of a Croatian waterfall in the autumn of the year, with a vibrant saltwater fish tank that is breathtaking in its beauty.

Immediately I was impressed with how much more expansive the space now is, three and a half times larger than before the remodel began.

A bright and modern vibe predominates, with the white walls and black ceiling providing a free, open air feel. Throughout the clinic paintings by Cassandra Shaw are displayed and available for purchase. She is a well known figure in Puerto Vallarta, and her iconic gallery and jewelry store is conveniently located across the street from ThrIVe.

As we chatted, Mikel pointed out one of the major advantages of the enhancements is that not only has it increased the comfort level of his patients, but it will allow for the addition of an array of services in the coming weeks.

He is excited to announce the following specialists will soon be available onsite; Cosmetic Dentist, Hair Restoration Specialist, Plastic Surgeon, Primary Care Doctor.

As well as having these experts available, the list of options that are soon to be offered is stunning, and will include; GAINSWave Therapy Treatment to address ED issues, Sonic Wave Therapy, Spray Tan, Booty Luscious, and V-Beam laser for collagen stimulation.

A nurse’s station is soon to be added near the IV Hydration area, and the lobby will be home to a small coffee/refreshment bar. As we concluded our visit, I knew I would return again soon, excited to experience the ThrIVe difference for myself.
