First-Ever Christmas Parade and Malecon Transformation to Holiday Wonderland
Puerto Vallarta will have its first-ever Christmas parade, and is transforming the malecon into a Christmas Wonderland.
The official Puerto Vallarta Christmas Tree Lighting will be held on Dec. 8 at 8 p.m. on the Malecon (near the Los Arcos Amphitheater. You’ll enjoy an official presentation by the Mayor’s office, along with performances and fireworks.
On December 13, starting at 5 p.m., Puerto Vallarta will have a Parade, and promise more than 30 festive floats.
On Christmas Eve, Dec. 24th, at 6 p.m., there will be the official Holiday Walk on the Malecon.
And it concludes on New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31) at the Los Arcos Amphitheater (starting at 6 p.m.) with a musical program that includes Mariachi before the New Year’s Pyro-Musical Show at midnight.
But anytime up until Dec. 31 you can enjoy the magic on the Malecon, as Puerto Vallarta’s boardwalk sets a magical Christmas atmosphere with the decorations and lights.
