Open Mic night use to be very popular at the former Incanto Piano Bar, and now that it is closed, Gouda Gabor is bringing the tradition to Nacho Daddy, and to raise funds for RISE, a fund raiser for a local children’s orphanage.
“Come blow your horn or shake your maracas,” Gouda told Out & About PV. “I’ll be hitting the stage hosting and we’re going to have a great big old reunion. Starla Kane commands the door…Janathan Rios rules the roost from the booth…plus Derek Carkner is JUST back in town & will be on the keyboard. It’s going to be like a B I G wonderful reunion….ROLL CALL …will YOU be dropping by?”
Open Mic Night at Nacho Daddy is held upstairs in the theater, and will be held Nov. 28, Dec. 5, 12 and 19. Doors Open at 7 p.m. with showtime starting at 7:30.
No cover but donations are being accepted to support RISE.
