Puerto Vallarta’s real estate market continues to be strong, with 26 condos and two homes sold the last week of April.
Alfonso Davalos (Poncho), a real estate agent with The Agency Puerto Vallarta, shared the data, saying that the most popular areas in Puerto Vallarta are “Altavista, El Caloso, Amapas, Emiliano Zapata, Fluvial, Marina Vallarta, Palmar de Aramara and Versalles.”
The most expensive property sold for $1.7 million USD was a three bedroom/three bath in Molino de Agua, in Zone Romantica. The least expensive went for $87,500 USD located at 283 oceano pacifico 2, casa Cristobal Colon and was a 914 square foot two bedroom two bath.
Zona Romantica continued to be popular, with six properties sold in that area, Davalos explained.
Puerto Vallarta, JA closed for $465,000.
