At the helm are Henry Ho and Jeremy Reigel, whose complementary roles have shaped Canto into one of the city’s most distinctive dining experiences. Henry leads the culinary vision, drawing on his background and training to bring authentic Cantonese flavors to the table, while Jeremy oversees front-of-house operations, the bar program and the overall guest experience.

The restaurant is located at Lázaro Cárdenas 446, Zona Romántica, and offers a modern take on traditional Cantonese cuisine by blending familiar flavors with contemporary updates. The result is a menu that feels both authentic and comforting.
Included as part of the menu are lesser-known Hong Kong and Cantonese dishes not commonly found in typical westernized Chinese restaurants. These dishes come from Chef Henry’s childhood that he is proud to share and introduce to diners of Puerto Vallarta.
Jeremy’s influence is equally present in the dining room, with signature and classic drinks from his bar to a creation of attentive service and a polished atmosphere provide an experience suited for both intimate dinners and lively gatherings.
