Over 300 labels from national and international wineries, chef-curated pairings, sensory experiences, and live music will converge at the 2026 edition of VINOMA FEST. The premier wine and pairing festival is set to take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 2 to 10:30 p.m. at Pier 2 of the Puerto Mágico Maritime Terminal in Puerto Vallarta.
Since its debut in 2022, VINOMA FEST has focused on promoting Mexican wine culture and oceanfront pairings. The event celebrates global viticulture, bringing together numerous wineries and restaurants for an immersive sensory journey.
The 2026 edition features the Republic of Moldova as the guest country. This Eastern European nation boasts a surprising wine scene rooted in millennia of tradition and legendary underground cellars.
Joining the lineup as the guest Denomination of Origin is Rías Baixas from Galicia, Spain. They will showcase one of the world’s most vibrant white wine regions, characterized by Atlantic freshness, the Albariño grape, and a clean, direct personality.
Immersive Experiences
The festival will feature live performances by Tom & Collins, Darian Trejo, Isachard, Catxhi, and DJ Tacho, alongside curated spaces for food and wine lovers:
- Open Flavors: The festival’s gastronomic zone, where guest restaurants offer tastings specifically designed to complement the featured wines.
- Taco Tasting Room: A culinary pop-up celebrating the taco as a national language, reinterpreted through pairings with diverse wine profiles.
- Art District: A space where wine meets artistic expression. This year highlights “Ocean Amphorae,” a piece reflecting on history: wine traveling by sea, preserved in clay, arriving on these shores as if the past still had salt on its hands.
