A new luxury rental property in Puerto Vallarta’s Zona Romántica is now open, offering both short- and long-term stays as it begins introducing the building to potential tenants ahead of Pride 2026.
The Haven 325, located at Constitución 325, has 10 units total, according to property manager José Ángel Morales Martínez. The building includes six one-bedroom units, three two-bedroom units and the two-bedroom penthouse.
While the property is primarily focused on long-term rentals, management is currently offering more flexible arrangements to help introduce the building to prospective tenants. That includes weekly rentals and, in some cases, daily stays.
Listed prices reflect long-term rentals. For stays of less than six months, rates increase by 30 percent. Rentals are currently being handled directly rather than through booking platforms such as Airbnb while the property develops its rental system. Special weekly and daily rates are also planned for Pride 2026.
The building includes shared common areas designed for gathering and entertaining, including a bar and barbecue space that residents can reserve for private dinners, cocktail gatherings and small events at no extra cost. Bartending service is available for an additional fee.
The property is intended to offer a community-oriented environment, with an emphasis on being welcoming to LGBTQ+ residents and guests.
The Haven 325 also features a first-floor art gallery. Upper residential levels combine new construction with elements of an earlier structure; the top two floors are entirely new, while portions of the original building were retained below. As a result, some lower units are more compact, while upper units offer more open layouts.
The development was led by Tina and Richard Francisco, who have previously developed and sold condominium properties in the area.
Small and medium-sized pets are allowed, depending on the animal and its compatibility with the property.
To introduce the building to the public, The Haven 325 hosted an open house on Sunday, April 12, 2026.
