Sir & Son, a men’s fashion boutique in the city’s Zona Romántica, will host a “Christmas in July” party from 6 to 8 p.m. July 25 at its Basilio Badillo 321 location.
The event will feature falling snow outside the storefront, along with eggnog, holiday treats, games, prizes and an appearance by Mrs. Claus, according to the store.

“Snow will be falling! We are so excited to have this special Christmas in July event,” said Richard Romano, owner and designer of Sir & Son. “We will have a blast and have so many fun things planned, including an open bar of Cheer.”

Sir & Son opened in Puerto Vallarta in 2023 after Romano relocated from San Diego, where he ran the original store. Romano, a former interior designer, turned to fashion with the aim of creating clothing that lets people express confidence, individuality and fun.
The store’s name reflects two lines: the “Sir” collection leans into a bolder, more masculine style, while the “Son” side draws on playful colors and trends from cities including Amsterdam, London, New York and Madrid. Romano has described the brand as offering curated, edgy menswear along with its own expanding lines of shorts, shirts and accessories.
In 2025, the boutique moved from a smaller space on Constitución Street to its current, larger location, which Romano said he’d been seeking since opening his first store in San Diego, having outgrown his previous spaces.
Much of the merchandise at Sir & Son is not sold elsewhere in Puerto Vallarta, and some items are unavailable online, a point of emphasis for the brand. Romano has also worked to expand size ranges to fit a broader range of body types.
More information on the July 25 event is available at sirandson.com or the store’s Instagram, @sirandsoninc.
