Regina was born in Mexico City 48 years ago and started working a variety of jobs at a young age but what she has always liked the most was working in anything related with restaurants and beverages. In 2000, she opened The Palm Cabaret on Olas Altas. After spending the last nine years working in Toronto, Regina was happy to return to Vallarta last fall to join the team at El Arrayán.

I love the casino. I am a huge fan of poker, blackjack. I love playing cards

My kids, Ana Paula 27, Mauricio 25, Fernanda 23 and Regina 17
What’s your secret talent?
Flipping bottles. I started a long time ago when I worked for TGI Fridays in Cancun
What is your favorite flavor of potato chips?
Jalapeño, but I will eat any flavor jajaja
What hobby would you get into if time and money weren’t an issue?
Travel throughout Mexico. I would love to visit every state of my country. I am a proud Mexican.
