Located in Plaza Romy in the heart of Zona Romántica, the bar opened in November 2024, marking a new chapter for owner Jorge Gonzalez, a longtime and widely respected bartender in Puerto Vallarta.
For years, Jorge was a familiar face behind the bar at Hotel Mercurio, where he built a reputation for strong drinks, attentive service and an easygoing connection with guests. That experience now defines his own space.
