An unforgettable evening took place on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Teatro Vallarta during the ELEVATED concert by Broadway veteran Kevin-Anthony. For the first time, the American singer was accompanied by the Vallarta Symphony Orchestra—featuring over 30 musicians under the direction of Aquiles Morales—alongside his signature Roxsand Band.
The event was a benefit for the Vallarta School for Girls, a non-profit organization providing high-quality education to young women from underserved areas of Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas. It was truly a night where music met mission.
Some of the most moving moments of the night were the duets between Anthony and his guest artists: his colleagues and friends Diego Guerrero and Kim Kuzma. For the first time ever, Anthony performed in Spanish, joining Diego for a rendition of ‘Acaríciame.’ The song, written by Alejandro Jaen, was originally made famous by singer Manoella Torres in the 1970s.
The singer, who also served as the evening’s host, shared a few words expressing his gratitude for being part of and supporting a community like Puerto Vallarta. He also thanked the concert sponsors, including Selena Luna Productions, VillaTita, Out & About Puerto Vallarta, Matt Karimi & David Smith, and Donner & Asociados.
