Located at Olas Altas 314 in the Zona Romántica, the landmark restaurant continues its tradition of blending panoramic ocean views with exceptional cuisine.
The highlight of the season is a three-course prix fixe dinner priced at 595 pesos. The menu offers patrons a curated culinary journey, starting with a choice of fresh appetizers. Diners can select from an ahi poke bowl with mango, sticky rice, and sesame soy dressing; a summer farmers salad featuring blue cheese, pistachios, and smoked bacon; or a classic heirloom tomato and Oaxaca cheese bruschetta drizzled with chimichurri.
For the main course, guests can choose between land and sea options. The fresh local catch is paired with corn and truffle risotto alongside tender asparagus. Barbecue enthusiasts can enjoy a smoky chipotle honey half-chicken served with corn on the cob and coleslaw. Steak lovers can opt for a center-cut chuck roll steak accompanied by scalloped potatoes and a Mexican street corn relish.
To conclude the meal, the dessert selection features a comforting peach and cinnamon cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce, a classic ice cream sundae with M&M’s, or a rich flourless chocolate cake.
