The Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG) has announced the programming for its Puerto Vallarta extension, known as FICPV. Celebrating its 26th edition, the festival will take place from Monday, April 27, to Thursday, April 30, 2026, across various venues.
The festival is organized by the University of Guadalajara through its cultural department (Cultura UDG), with the Puerto Vallarta edition supported by the local government and the Centro Universitario de la Costa (CUCosta).
Among the festival’s highlights in Puerto Vallarta are screenings from the Premio Maguey section—featuring cinema with LGBTQ+ content and themes—as well as a special tribute to the renowned actress Luisa Huertas.

Monday, April 27
- Inaugural Gala: Screening of “FEITO PIPA” (Gugu’s World)
