The Vallarta Pride committee just announced the activities that will be part of the event that will last from May 17 to 24, 2020 and which include pool parties, block parties (outdoor parties), drag derby, cruise, events in the most exclusive beach clubs, nightclubs and of course, the pride parade.
SUNDAY, MAY 17
8:30 p.m. Vigil.- As every year, the sexual health association that provides assistance for visitors and locals in Puerto Vallarta, S.E.T.A.C. brings the vigil in memory of the people who have died due to AIDS. The meeting point to be part of this tribute is at the beginning of the Malecon.
(Schedule TBA) LGBT Race.- 5-kilometer race to give visibility to the LGBT+ community. Everyone can sign up.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 20
1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Pool party.- Mantamar Beach Club & Sushi will receive the attendees at the first official pool party of the Pride Week in Puerto Vallarta.
7:00 p.m. Pink Party.- The Official Opening Party of the Vallarta Pride 2020 will be at the facilities of The Top Sky Bar at Almar Resort with a pink dinner (pink attire suggested).
THURSDAY, MAY 21
6:00 pm. – 8:00 pm. Pride Parade.- Massive march from the Sheraton Hotel to Romantic Zone with the main objective of inviting people to be proud of who they are, commemorate the history, celebrate their gender/identity and raise the voice for the rights of the LGBT+ community.
8:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. Block Party Pride Strip.- A party full of color, music and diversity on Lázaro Cárdenas Street between Ignacio L. Vallarta and Constitución.
9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. Afterparty.- Fun and entertainment continues in Industry Nightclub with internationally renowned DJs TBA.
FRIDAY MAY 22
1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Pride Pool Party.- Mantamar Beach Club & Sushi will delight PV Pride attendees with music, luxury and VIP services.
10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Boys In The Mountains (more TBA)
(Schedule TBA) Sports Tourney: The tourney of volleyball, basketball and football will be held in the Auditorium of the Municipal Stadium while the beach volleyball event will be on the Mangos Beach court.
7:00 p.m. until… : Cocktail Kafkan Party.- The Top Sky Bar at Almar Resort has prepared a party on its fabulous terrace to enjoy a unique and spectacular sunset.
1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Vallarta Bear Pool Party.- Bear party with no inhibitions at Casa Cúpula Pool Club.
8:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Pink & Proud Party (Women Only).- this event will be held at Bar El Soñador.
9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. After Party.- Industry Nightclub will open its doors at 9:00 p.m. be ready to celebrate all night long.
SATURDAY MAY 23
1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Pride Pool party.- A pleasure for your senses! Mantamar Beach Club & Sushi will invite you to discover why this place is much more than just a beach club.
(Schedule TBA) Sports Tourney.- The tourney of volleyball, basketball and football will be held in the Auditorium of the Municipal Stadium while the beach volleyball event will be on the Mangos Beach court.
11:00 a.m. until ...- Ross Mathews Dragtastic Bubbly Brunch.- The most exclusive drag event by Ru Paul’s Drag Race judge will be held at The Top Sky Bar, the terrace with spectacular views of Almar Resort hotel.
6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Drag Derby.- Local queens will compete for the grand prize awarded to the one crowned as the best, through challenges that will test their skills and their talent on stage.
9:00 p.m. – at 2:00 a.m. White Party.- Mantamar Beach Club & Sushi will be all white to offer the attendees of the Vallarta Pride, the 2020 edition of this international event.
2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Delicious Sunset Cruise.- The meeting point announced by Bear Pride Vallarta will be at Los Muertos Pier.
9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. After Party.- Industry Nightclub will host the official afterhours on May 23, 2020.
SUNDAY, MAY 24

11:00 a.m. until ...- Ross Mathews Dragtastic Bubbly Brunch.- For the second time during Pride Week 2020 in Puerto Vallarta, Ross Mathews’ drag event will be held at The Top Sky Bar
11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Farewell Pool party.- Mantamar Beach Club Bar & Sushi will pamper you while having fun by the pool or the seashore on the last day of Vallarta Pride 2020.
