Following the conclusion of Vallarta Pride 2026, the region’s LGBTQI+ celebrations are moving north of Banderas Bay to the coastal streets of Sayulita.
Sayulita Comunidad Diversa has announced the official lineup for Sayulita Pride 2026, a weekend-long festival running from Friday, May 29, through Sunday, May 31, in the designated Pueblo Mágico (Magical Town).
The festival’s marquee events take place Friday, May 29, beginning with the Grand Pride Parade. Marchers will gather at 6 p.m. at the entrance of Avenida Revolución, the town’s main thoroughfare, before proceeding to the Plaza Principal. Following the parade, the Plaza Principal will host the main Pride Festival starting at 7:30 p.m. Organizers have confirmed appearances by special guest Lorena de la Garza, an actress and singer known for her role on the television comedy La Hora Pico, and event ambassador Osiris Orozco, a DJ and chef who previously competed on the fourth season of MasterChef México.
The evening’s entertainment lineup includes regional drag performers Ariel The Top, Mizz Peaches, Queer Boy, Yenne Cis, and Yaye Monroy, alongside a performance by Alex Morán. The festivities will transition to an after-party at the Goat Beach Club later that night.
Public health initiatives are also integrated into the weekend’s programming. In partnership with Hospital Joya Riviera Nayarit, organizers will host a rapid STI testing campaign at the Plaza Principal on Friday, May 29, beginning at 12 p.m. ahead of the evening parade.
The weekend itinerary continues Saturday, May 30, with a pool party at the Rooftop Viajero Hostels starting at 2 p.m. Sayulita Pride 2026 will conclude Sunday, May 31, with a final Pride Party at Casa Pública, also scheduled for 2 p.m.
