Thousands of people cheered on the 2025 Puerto Vallarta pride parade as it wound down the streets near the Malecon.
The pride parade which covered nearly 3 kilometers and more than 35 blocks—included the participation of 65 registered companies, 90 contingents, and more than 1,900 marchers. This was a historic event not only for its magnitude, but also for being the first time that the Municipal Government of Puerto Vallarta actively participated in the organization and development of this celebration of diversity.
This was the 11th year for Puerto Vallarta to have a gay pride parade and gay pride celebration. Officials said more than 40,000 people were expected to attend.
