The Lazaro Cardenas neighborhood is set to welcome a new 30-unit luxury condo development with a retail space, Olympia, which recently held a groundbreaking ceremony. The project is slated to be completed by Fall 2026, bringing new housing options and amenities to the area.
Olympia will have six floors plus a rooftop, and is located near the municipal sports complex (Unidad Deportiva Agustín Flores Contreras), on Avenue Las Americas 433. Presale discounts of up to 25% are available on a one bedroom 1.5 bathrooms up to a two bedroom 2.5 bathrooms. Prices (with the presale discount) range from $222,000 to $524,250 USD. Unit sizes go from 59 square meters up to 144 square meters.
A commercial space on the first floor is available, boosting 158 square meters.
Olympia sits on a corner lot on Americas and Costa Rica street. Part of the amenities include an infrared sauna, a cold plunge bath, and an infinity-climated swimming pool. Sales are being brokered by Elengorn Realtors.
“This project has been in the works for a long time and we are so excited that it’s finally here,” said Sarah Elengorn, broker/director of Elengorn Realtors.
Elengorn was speaking before a crowd of more than 75 people who came to the luxury condo groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
“I think this area is Puerto Vallarta’s next big area for development,” she said. “It’s flat, near schools and great restaurants and very walkable. It has great cultural charm and an authenticism that we need to preserve.”
Olympia is being developed by GOVA, along with Element Desarrollos Creativos.
