Out & About PV, Puerto Vallarta’s premier LGBTQ magazine, will produce its first ever LGBTQ travel guide, hitting stands in Mid-January, 2021.
With a Covid-19 vaccine on the horizon, LGBTQ travelers will soon be looking to travel to Puerto Vallarta, and O&APV wants to help those travelers plan for the perfect get away.
“We are excited to be able to put together our first-ever full-size glossy magazine traveler’s guide, showcasing the best that Puerto Vallarta has for the LGBTQ traveler,” explained Jerry Jones, publisher for Out & About PV. “We will focus the editorial content on things that we think a traveler has questions about, how things work in a different country, and the best things to do.”
The guide will be divided into sections including:
Doing
On the Go
Lodging
Eating
Getting Around
Money & Exchange
Bars and Nightlife
An overview of the “gay district”
“We’re very excited to be able to offer our great advertisers this opportunity to showcase their businesses to our current and future readers,” said Gerwin Rutten, O&APV sales manager. “This will be a great traveler’s companion to help them plan their trip and once they arrive, plan for things to do and where to eat.”
Printed copies of the guide will be on stands starting in mid-January with it replenished throughout the year. A digital version will also be available at www.outandaboutpv.com as well as issuu.com and on O&APV’s social media pages.
