Naya Homes, a Property Management and vacation rental company, celebrates reaching 300 vacation rental properties in Mexico with their brand new office space in Zona Romántica., with a party on Jan. 10 from 6 to 9:30 p.m.
Naya Homes leverages data-fueled revenue optimization, sophisticated technology and hospitality expertise to maximize yields for homeowners and real estate investors. It started managing properties in Puerto Vallarta in 2022, and the rapid growth in the area prompted its new office.
“The office aims to enhance accessibility for our clients while reflecting our commitment to excellent service and expertise,” said said CEO, Humberto Pacheco. “We appreciate the collective effort and support that have brought us to this point and look forward to welcoming clients, partners and guests to our new hub.”
The new office is located strategically in the heart of the Romantic Zone, at Basilio Badillo 261, Zona Romántica, Emiliano Zapata, 48380 Puerto Vallarta, Jal.
The Jan. 10 celebration will include appetizers, wine and an opportunity to connect with the community. The event is held in collaboration with Orchid Real Estate by H2O Properties and Conecte.
Humberto Pacheco, Co-Founder and CEO of Naya Homes, will be at the event. Pacheco was regional general Manager at Uber Latin America and CloudKitchen where he launched, scaled and ran operations across the region.

Naya Homes also has locations in Mexico City, and Cabo. The company is from the PropTech sector, which is associated with homeowners, real estate developers and investment groups throughout Mexico and Latin America. Naya Homes offers both complete property management services and marketing and reservation services.
The company is different from other property management companies because it uses advanced technology and data science to maximize returns for owners. In their first year of operations, they generated 43% higher returns for their homeowner clients than PV’s leading property management companies.
The company uses more than 15 online travel platforms to promote its properties, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Marriott Homes and Villas, and Expedia. It has booked thousands of guests in Puerto Vallarta since it started managing properties in the area in 2022.
“We help homeowners manage all aspects of their short-term rental business: from cleaning and maintenance to online listing management and guest assistance,” explained Pacheco. “We currently offer two main types of services: Full-service property management and digital marketing and reservation management.
