With thousands of people voting, the top three nominees for the Puerto Vallarta Gays: 2024 Awards have been named, with the top winners to be announced at the award ceremony at Industry on Feb. 27 from 6 to 8 p.m.
“The first round of voting was done to source nominees from our fabulous Facebook community, and the second round narrowed it down to the top three in each category,” explained Jet De La Isla, who started the awards ceremony as an extension of the Facebook group “Puerto Vallarta Gays: Everything Gay You Need or Want.”
Jet said he also wanted to give thanks to the award committee.
“Special thanks to the incredible work done by Alison Lo, Philip Weir, and John Ramsey, in verifying the results and ensuring fairness in the process,” he said.
The award ceremony will be hosted by Alison Lo and Chaka from Kiki House of Paradise. Jet said the event was to celebrate the “talent that makes Vallarta shine.” The event is sponsored by Dog & Cat and ThrIVe MedSpa.
