More than 200 digital content creators converged on Puerto Vallarta earlier this month as JustFor.fans completed its first international Collab Week, an intensive week of filming, networking and community-building that organizers say exceeded expectations and has already prompted plans for a return in 2026.
According to organizers, more than half of the models were first-time visitors to Mexico. The event received support from more than 20 local businesses and sponsors, exceeding initial expectations. Over 1,500 videos were recorded during the high-activity week of filming, networking, and celebration.
“Our inaugural Collab Week was more successful than we anticipated,” said JFF founder, Dominic Ford. “Creators are still talking about it, and local store owners reported increased sales. It was a positive outcome for all.”
The week featured sold-out lodging at Almar Resort, filming access at Spartacus sauna, VIP privileges at Mantamar Beach Club, and sponsored parties each night. Ford highlighted the creators’ engagement: “Some filmed six months’ worth of content, but more importantly, they connected deeply and felt recognized.”
JFF thanked its key partners, including Rush, MISTR, Industry Nightclub, Mantamar Beach Club, Almar Resort, and Spartacus Bathhouse, for providing spaces for the creators.
“This was realized through a massive group effort,” Ford stated. “We are grateful to every sponsor, partner, and venue that supported our vision.”
Looking ahead, Ford plans for future events to feature more local experiences, such as theater shows and tours, to deepen community ties.
For 2026, JustFor.fans is planning a return to Puerto Vallarta, Collab Week Fire Island in August, and its 8th Anniversary Conference and Party in Palm Springs in May.
“Collab Week was a party with a purpose,” Ford concluded. “It showed that when models gather in an open, supportive space, positive things happen. We plan to repeat this, with a bigger, more connected scale.”
