Chef Chad Gardner is bringing his culinary expertise to Puerto Vallarta with the opening of Gastronomiq Comida Global, Lisboa 169 Versalles. Gastronomiq held a preview party on March 24, 2025. Guests were treated to drinks and a preview of some of the food that is on the menu.
