The Cosmopolitan Boutique Residences recently held a ground breaking event, and OAPV was there and captured these photos.
Edgardo Guel, President and Broker of Casa Luxe Real Estate, lead the event which was well attended. Guel tells OAPV that excavation for the Cosmopolitan Boutique Residences is on track for the new development and that discounts are still available for pre-construction. Cosmopolitan Boutique Residences will have 19 residences and one commercial space. It’s located at 314 Basilio Badillo.
