The pride parade route covered more than a mile and had more than 50 entries.
Thousands of people cheered on the pride parade as it wound down the streets near the Malecon.
This was the 10th year for Puerto Vallarta to have a gay pride parade and gay pride celebration. Officials said more than 30,000 people were expected to attend.
