Olympia, a new luxury condominium development in Puerto Vallarta’s Lázaro Cárdenas neighborhood, officially opened its showroom Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, offering the public a first look at the design details and finishes planned for the 30-unit project. The showroom will be open for visitors Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Developers GOVA and Element Desarrollos Creativos and agents from Elengorn Realtors welcomed guests at the new showroom, where visitors could view unit plans, isometric drawings, and material samples that reflect the project’s architectural vision. Renderings and plans are also available online at www.olympiapv.com. Behind the showroom in what will soon be the atrium of the building, guests enjoyed drinks and catered food.
Located at Avenida Las Américas 433, near the city’s municipal sports complex, Olympia is designed as a seven-story building featuring residential units, a commercial space on the ground floor, and a rooftop terrace with ocean and mountain views. The development emphasizes functionality and comfort, with amenities that include a sports bar, coworking area, sauna, ice bath, pet wash station, fire pit, and a 29.3-meter infinity pool.
“The showroom gives future residents and investors a clear view of the quality and design approach that define Olympia,” the developers said in a statement. “It’s an opportunity to experience the finishes, layout, and overall lifestyle concept before construction is complete.”
The project includes one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 59 to 144 square meters, with prices starting at $222,000 USD and presale discounts of up to 25 percent. The commercial space on the first floor offers 158 square meters.
Sales for Olympia are being handled by Elengorn Realtors. Completion is scheduled for fall 2026.
