Luxury real estate development Olympia officially opened its model unit Thursday, May 7, 2026, with a cocktail reception that drew clients, brokers and homeowners to the seven-story project rising in Puerto Vallarta’s Colonia Lázaro Cárdenas, offering a first look at the upscale residences.
The Elengorn Realtors team hosted a celebratory cocktail party to unveil the model unit at Olympia, their featured development located at the intersection of Las Américas and Ecuador streets in Colonia Lázaro Cárdenas, near the city’s municipal sports complex.
This 7-story luxury development offers 40 residences ranging from 60 m2 to 150 m2. The units provide flexible options of one or two bedrooms and up to 2.5 bathrooms.
The event was well-attended by clients, real estate professionals, and homeowners. Guests had the opportunity to experience the high-end finishes of the model unit—a corner-unit configuration featuring one bedroom, two bathrooms, and a private balcony with stunning city and mountain views. The evening was complemented by live music, gourmet canapés, and complimentary cocktails, concluding with an exciting raffle for an iPad.
