A new ride-hailing service, T-GO, will debut in Puerto Vallarta on Friday, March 21, 2025, aiming to provide an alternative to traditional taxis and existing app-based transportation services.
T-GO, a Jalisco-based startup, offers on-demand private transportation through a mobile application. The company says its pricing model is designed to be fair for both drivers and passengers, positioning itself as a competitor to industry giants such as Uber and DiDi.

Riders using the app can choose between a standard car, an SUV, or an extra-large vehicle, with fares calculated based on distance and time. T-GO’s arrival comes amid ongoing complaints about high and unpredictable pricing from other services, including traditional taxis and InDriver, a Russian-based platform that allows passengers and drivers to negotiate fares.
Unlike InDriver, which operates without official authorization in Mexico, T-GO is fully registered with authorities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, the company said. This, it added, allows its drivers to work without legal concerns while offering passengers greater security.
The company has established an office for driver registration at Plaza Koba, Local #7, located at 205 Manuel Lepe Avenue, Ground Floor.

A presentation of the T-Go Travel platform will be held Friday, March 21st, at 4:00 pm, at Plaza Koba, Location 7 (Av. Manuel Lepe 205, Guadalupe Victoria neighborhood).
