Chef Roman Ventura brings gourmet dining to homes and vacation rentals, transforming special occasions into cherished memories. Born in Mascota, Jalisco, he honed his skills in Puerto Vallarta’s top restaurants before launching Ventura Chef Services in 2021. Since then, he has delighted thousands of guests across the Bay of Banderas with intimate, tailor-made dining experiences.

Ventura Supper Club: A Unique Culinary Event
Since 2021, Chef Ventura has hosted exclusive dining experiences partnering with Casita & Garden. The 2024-2025 Ventura Supper Club, offered five-course menus inspired by Oaxaca, Peru, Argentina, and beyond, with events selling out months in advance.
Giving Back & Looking Ahead
Honored as “Best Gay Chef in Puerto Vallarta” in the 2024 awards (reflecting the previous year), Ventura actively supports charities like the Girls Education Fund and Vallarta Gay+ Community Center. Looking forward, he aims to travel for new inspirations while refining his menus and expanding offerings like the popular Margarita Cocktail Hour.
