The Swedes Bar and Bistro will be the host of Out and About PV Magazine and the Facebook group “Puerto Vallarta Gays: Everything You Need or Want to Know” Pride Gay Mixer on May 15 from 6 to 8 p.m.
“Unleash your inner rainbow! Join us for a special Pride edition of the Gay Mixer at The Swedes Bar & Bistro,” said Christopher Maluck, owner of The Swedes. “But please note, regular dinner service will not be available on this evening.”
Maluck is planning on a huge event and wants everyone to know they are invited.
Some of the things planned include:
- Network & Celebrate: We’ve cleared the space for you to move and groove to DJ Void Love’s beats. Mingle with friends, new and old, and celebrate Pride together!
- Complimentary Tastes: Savor delicious bites of our most popular dishes.
- Pride Cocktails: Sip on refreshing $60 peso house cosmopolitans (cash bar only). Main bar upstairs, cosmo bar downstairs.
- Support the Community: Meet representatives from the Vallarta Gay+ Community Center and learn about their work. Donate $500 pesos (cash only) or more and receive a 20% summer discount card for The Swedes, valid until September 30th.
The next (and final mixer for the summer) is on June 12 at Awaysis.
