The New Year’s Eve PV Delice Party Cruise sank while taking a group out to an early NYE celebration. This is breaking news and will be updated as we get more information.

Rescue boats rushed to save passengers from drowning. No injuries have been reported.

A passenger has told O&APV that all passengers are safe.

The boat sank late in the afternoon on Dec. 31, with an SOS going out and many other boats rushing to help the passengers. They were going to be loaded on a bus for a return trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Tickets for the ill fated cruise were advertised as $120 USD presale and $150 on the day of the cruise. Ticket price included an open bar. The boat left Los Muertos Pier around 10:30 a.m. and was scheduled to return around 5 p.m. according to information on the website.
