The kitchen staff busy La Tienda Grande was opened by Chef Salvador Carrillo and his life partner, Gabriel Arvelo in 2020. Arvelo is running the restaurant. Chef Ana Flores is overseeing the kitchen and the magical dishes prepared for their patrons.
