Club Jets, a nightlife venue at Insurgentes 330, Zona Romántica, Emiliano Zapata, 48380, has shifted its operational strategy to more closely align with the ethos of its sister property, Jets Naked Beach. The reorientation reflects changes in customer demand and a broader business vision.
Club Jets first soft-opened during Semana Santa 2025, transforming the former Beefcakes Bar at Basilio Badillo 330-B into a tech-driven queer club. Its early incarnation focused on theatrical performance, underground DJ sets and ballroom culture.
Cofounder Chaka Paradise, a well-known figure in the ballroom scene, helped design an environment centered on art, freedom of expression and inclusive identity. The venue hosted multi-night openings with techno sets, vogue performance, and erotic staging — describing itself as a “sex-positive, genre-defying queer space” built for dance, desire and radical freedom.
That original model leaned into avant-garde queer nightlife — drawing from global underground clubbing and ballroom traditions. According to the club’s mission, this dual-door space was intended to sustain both a Main Stage area (for DJs, performance and experimental queer music) and a darker, more intimate realm for sensual exploration.
Why the Change
Founder Jet De La Isla said the pivot toward a more Jets Naked Beach–inspired business model was prompted by customer feedback. He noted that while the initial concept was artistically compelling, the highest demand came from patrons who wanted the same sense of freedom, choice and uninhibited play found on the beach.
“After trying different concepts at the club, we realized the strongest demand was for that exact energy … It’s the same spirit, just brought to life on land,” De La Isla said.
Jets Naked Beach, his established men-only nude-beach operation, has become iconic for its “choose-your-own-adventure” structure — guests flow naturally between socializing, cruising, dancing, or retreating into more private, dark spaces. Club Jets is now reframing its business around that model.
Under the revised concept, Club Jets offers a clothing-optional policy: upon arrival, customers check in and, according to De La Isla, about 70% immediately strip down. For others, swimwear, underwear or more modest attire is permitted. Guests may also choose from playful masks — “top, bottom, or vers” — to signal intentions and break the ice.
The interior has been redesigned into a labyrinth of dark corridors, glowing alcoves, hidden corners, and various rooms: a bar, a dance floor, a lounge and more private areas. A host guides newcomers through these spaces, enabling exploration in a way that mirrors the beach’s spontaneous structure. De La Isla said the goal is to let people tap into a side of themselves they may not ordinarily show — intentionally building a space “where nothing needs to be hidden.”
The Future
Club Jets now operates nightly from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., closing on Tuesdays. The venue charges a $200 peso cover, with discounts available for local residents and themed nights, which are promoted via its social media platforms.
The music program has also been streamlined: the club leans into electronic and circuit music, infused with a high-energy Latin beat, to blend local nightlife trends with the type of immersive, sensual dance experiences associated with its beach counterpart.
Club Jets is organizing a series of signature events. Upcoming highlights include a Guapos party at Thanksgiving, a Just For Fans takeover during Collab Week PV (Dec. 3–7, 2025), and a BearMX takeover during Bear Naked Weekend in 2026. These events are designed to tie into broader queer community initiatives and content-creator-driven tourism.
With this shift, De La Isla aims to cement Club Jets as not just a nightlife venue, but a core pillar of the Jets brand ecosystem — which already includes Jets Naked Beach, Jets Private Boat Tours, and other gay tourism operations. He describes the transformation as a strategic alignment: leveraging what has proven popular on the beach to build a sustainable, year-round social and entertainment hub on land.

By bringing together dance, desire, and body freedom under one roof, Club Jets will become a sex positive space attracting international visitors and locals looking for a liberating nightlife experience.
