The Puerto Vallarta section of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) held its annual Christmas posada (a traditional Christmas party) at the restaurant Daiquiri Dick’s on the Beach on the evening of Monday, December 8, 2025.
The event was attended by members of the board of directors, as well as affiliates including brokers, agents, property managers, and legal specialists in the industry, who enjoyed drinks, cocktails, appetizers, and a buffet dinner in a pleasant atmosphere with music and fireworks.
Accompanied by the board of directors, the president of AMPI Puerto Vallarta, Silvia Elías, addressed the audience halfway through the night to offer words of gratitude:
“I am very excited to see so many happy members. It’s just fantastic to be part of this real estate community. As you know, we are one of the top sections in the country and everybody is proud of the work that we have been doing, especially in terms of professionalization,” she mentioned.
AMPI is the most important organization in Mexico that groups, professionalizes, and regulates real estate sector professionals through ethics, training, codes of conduct, and technological tools, seeking to strengthen the market and connect members to generate business opportunities and security in transactions.
The event was sponsored by Notaría 29, LEX 360, Brayan Gutiérrez Real Estate Attorney, Samson Waters, Create Interiors, Closing Coordinators, MGPV Real Estate Property Management, and MO Lawyers Accountants. The organizers also thanked the owners of Daiquiri Dick’s on the Beach, chef Wayne Elias and Chris Diamond, for their hospitality.
