Luz II is already in pre-construction, with 60% of the structure phase complete. It is perfectly located in the Romantic Zone, between Venustiano Carranza and Camichin streets (just behind the Emiliano Zapata Municipal Market). The estimated delivery date is June 2026.

Frida: Artistic Views in Centro

  • 80 – 20 Plan: Requires an 80% down payment of the total unit value, with the remaining 20% due upon delivery.
