The first edition of “Real Estate Talks: Connecting Leaders, Shaping the Future,” hosted by the real estate company Donner & Associates, took place Friday, November 14, 2025, at the Joint Boutique Hotel and Cowork event center. More than 70 professionals in the field attended, gaining essential information on topics such as insurance, technology, marketing, and empowerment through a series of presentations.
Hosted by local singer and real estate agent Kim Kuzma, the event was conceived as an encounter for gaining new knowledge on several areas of this rapidly changing industry, as well as an occasion for networking and socializing.
Ryan Donner, the firm’s broker and organizer of the event, explained that since its foundation, Donner & Associates has encouraged a mentoring approach among its team: “Our industry improves the more we work together and collaborate. That’s why we foster a culture of mentorship and empowerment that will help us better connect with our clients. The Real Estate Talks were born so you can close more deals through education that elevates your career, taught by industry experts. This is the first of hopefully many more editions,” he said.

- The Strategic Role of Insurance in the Vallarta Real Estate Chain, by insurance expert Alberto Martínez.
- Unlocking Financial Freedom as a Real Estate Professional, by financial consultant Rafael de Loera.
- The New Mindset of the Real Estate Business, by Alberto Martínez.
- Empowering your Journey to Real Estate Success, by Ryan Donner.
- Real Estate Marketing: Digitalization and Emerging Technologies, by Donner & Associates Commercial Director Pablo Quiñones.
Attendees also connected through a dedicated networking space before the end of the event. Joint Hotel’s in-house chef, Izumi Fonseca, provided a coffee break, including breakfast burritos, juice, pastries and wine.
