“Opening a restaurant in Puerto Vallarta in 2013 was an exciting venture driven by the city’s growing popularity as a tourist destination,” he shares. “At that time, the area was thriving with visitors from all over the world, yet the local dining scene was still developing. I thought there would be enough room for me to create something special.”
Bravos was conceived to meet the need for a restaurant that could offer a fusion of international cuisine while maintaining a sense of comfort for both travelers and locals. Boufford wanted to craft a menu that reflected the diverse palates of his guests, with dishes that are both innovative and familiar.
