Jesus Alberto Perez (Chuchin), a popular dancer and model in Puerto Vallarta, was critically injured by an electrical shock in a home accident on Saturday, June 8, and is in the intensive care unit at Hospital Regional de Puerto Vallarta with second and third degree burns.
